I take health & personal development VERY seriously (which explains why I went to naturopath school, trained as an energy healing teacher and published a book on cancer prevention).

Trained energy healing teacher.

This increased my already existing sensitivity. I could not shake the problems and energies of my clients and it drained me. 

But it helped me understand that my purpose is to use my expertise in conceptual design and marketing to help other health coaches.

Creative believer in individualism.

The day I will 100% stick to a recipe will be marked in red in my husband’s calendar.

I believe that there is always room for improvement and individualization – in my kitchen as well as in my work.

Best dressed Tech person.

Always hated Birkenstock with a passion (and now they even reached Australia – ugh). Nothing to be proud of Germany – it’s bad enough that our men are known for wearing socks in sandals!

I’m a strong believer in personal style…. We might even talk about make-up & dress colors…

Always worried about getting bored.

That’s why I travel with about 10 books (5 of them about learning something new). Guess who hates me when picking up my suitcase…

Always had problems when someone asked me to do just one thing (boy, do I know how niching can feel scary!)
